PRACTICE DECLARATION Posted or Updated on 15 Mar 2017

NHS England requires that the Net earnings of GPs engaged in the practice is publicised and the required disclosure is shown below.

"The prescribed method for calculating Net earnings is potentially misleading as it does not take into account how many sessions a GP works and can for example be distorted by having numerous part-time or Locum GPs and should not be used for any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with other practices".

The average earnings for GPs working at Mansfield Medical Centre in the last financial year was £93551.03 before tax and national insurance. This was for four full time GPs, two salaried GPs and one locum GP who worked in the practice for more than six months.
