We have recently moved to an online telephone triage appointment system for all patients. You can get further information on our patchs page.
All requests are triaged by a GP, often requests may be able to be managed for you without the need for an appointment. However, if an appointment is required, you will receive a call back from either our GP Assistant or a member of the reception team to schedule this.
We are asking our patients to try and contact us by this method, this to ensure that you receive the correct care and to ensure you are seen by the appropriate named clinician.
We send all prescriptions electronically directly to your designated pharmacy. If you would normally collect your prescription from the surgery, please let us know which chemist you would like to be linked to for future prescriptions.
We will also send other information such as fit(sick) notes directly to you securely via text message or email.
