We have recently moved to an online triage appointment system for all patients. You can get further information on our patchs page.
All requests are triaged by a GP, often requests may be able to be managed for you without the need for an appointment. However, if an appointment is required, you will receive a call back from either our GP Assistant or a member of the reception team to schedule this.
We send all prescriptions electronically directly to your designated pharmacy. We can set up your designated pharmacy for you, or you can do it yourself via the NHS app.
We will also send other information such as fit(sick) notes directly to you securely via text message or email.
Please note that calls from the practice may be from a withheld number.

In the close-knit community in which we work, we often have staff that live locally. This may mean that your friends or family work within our practice. Although we take patient confidentiality seriously there is always the risk that your information may inadvertently been seen by a member of our staff that is your friend or family member. By registering with the practice, you accept this potential risk. If you feel that you are not comfortable with this this, we will ask that you kindly register with another practice.
