When you take your test you will be told how long it will take before the results are returned to the practice or your may have a plan with your GP.
To obtain your results, you can get this from your NHS APP account, see further information on the all great options and facilities the NHS APP offers.
If you are fully registered with Patchs you can also view your medical record online, including test results.
If you need to call the surgery for results, please can you do this later in the day when our calls volumes have reduced, you can contact us by calling 02476 457551. We cannot always give full results over the phone. If the result requires further discussion, we may offer you an appointment. Due to our confidentiality and data protection policies, we will only give results to the person who has had the test.
Please Note:
If the test was requested at a hospital by a Consultant/Nurse, then the result will not be sent through to the surgery and you will need to contact the hospital direct to obtain your result.
